Essential Functions:

  • Interface with internal and external customers
  • Release raw materials for production use
  • Prepare necessary documentation for product shipments
  • Assist in meeting Industry quality requirements such as AS9100 and ASQR-01
  • Perform periodic audits
  • Assist in maintaining site calibration systems and equipment
  • Accept or reject material based on specifications
  • Organize, report and maintain records
  • Enter test data into various databases
  • Assist in developing standard work
  • Perform Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills
  • Adhere to ACE guidelines and perform ACE duties as required
  • Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must have a minimum of a 2 year degree in related technical field
  • Must be knowledgeable of all customer and HMI specifications
  • May be required to maintain SQA certification
  • Prefer experience with industry quality standards, quality assurance, or related 
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have strong personal computer skills
  • Must have good attendance record
  • Must be able to work overtime when required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass visual exam in accordance with P&W ASQR01
  • Must have strong mechanical aptitude

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Prefer technical school certification in Quality Assurance

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Work related experience with Industry Quality Standards ,Quality Assurance or related experience
  • Calibration experience
  • Quality Technical Engineering
